This software is intended to generate valid repository PAN templates
from an rpm repository which already exists in an HTTP server.  One
template must be generated per URL.  

The typical processing goes like:

./html2pan.pl --name=test_repository \
              --owner=dummy@localhost 
              --url http://localhost/os/fc1/base/Fedora/RPMS/

which generates the template repository_test_repository.tpl.  This may
be included into the CDB like any other repository template.
