This software is intended to generate valid PAN templates from an rpm
repository which already exists in an HTTP server.  Unlike html2pan
this script creates a list of "updates".  Each rpm is added to the
template with the pkg_ronly function.  (Kernel rpms are added with
pkg_add and the "multi" option set.) This is useful for tracking OS
updates.

The typical processing goes like:

./html2updates.pl --name=fc2 \
                  --url http://localhost/os/fc1/base/Fedora/updates

which generates the template pro_fc2_updates.tpl.
