To run the example, do 

cd  .../GaudiExamples/v*/${CMTCONFIG}
./GaudiMT.exe ../options/GaudiMT.opts [number of threads (default=4)] 

e.g to run with 3 threads do 
./GaudiMT.exe ../options/GaudiMT.opts 3
