-A.1- workpoolsize is forced to 1 because we encounter some file concurrent access exceptions with workppolsize > 1

-C- Known Bugs

-C.1- The scheduler is not fair; it should not be in FIFO mode, but should try to fairly manage jobs among all users
-C.2- if you delete an user, you cannot reuse its login
-C.3- Result download errors reported using 'xwdownload', but not with 'xwresult'
  We have not been able to reproduce them
