| Frequency |
PTF meetings occur approximately every two weeks, alternating
between phone meetings and face-to-face meetings. The face-to-face
meetings are generally held at CERN. |
| Attendance |
Members are normally expected to attend or
find a substitute. The meetings are open to all interested
parties; non-PTF members should send an e-mail to the chair
in advance. |
| Phone/Video |
Phone or video connections are normally
not available. They can be provided if there is a
strong need and the request is made well in advance of the
meeting. |
